These headphones excel at serious gaming. But they arent for critical listening and they arent good do-it-all headphones.

This is what I look for in gaming headphones in order:
* Positional audio - I can clearly tell if an enemy is on the floor above me while also being behind me and moving left to right. Not all gaming headphones do a good job of this, but the G733s do.

* Good wireless connection - Theyve stayed reliably paired since I got them with no fuss.

* Comfort - They are really comfortable right out of the box. The cups are roomy enough for big ears and the headband has just the right amount of pressure. Even without stretching out the headband, it doesnt pinch. Theyre really lightweight for wireless phones. 10/10 for comfort!

* Battery life - As advertised at 30 hours with RGB lighting off. 30 hours is a big improvement over last gen 15 hour battery life. I dont worry about the batteries dying on me in the middle of a game. A voice tells you the battery level when you tap the power button and you can also set an auto-off timer in the software which is nice.

* Sound quality - The mids and bass are lackluster even after adjusting the software EQ. Dont expect natural sounding music or brain rattling explosions in games.

I give these 5/5 for serious gaming. Theyre perfect for long gaming sessions...really comfy, dependable positional audio, and good battery life. There are headphones with better sound quality, but I havent found any that tie it all together as well as the G733s do.

I so wanted to like this headset, I really did, but there are many cons and not enough pros here. I do not consider myself a pure audiophile but I do own some high end headphones and some expensive headsets, so I can definitely tell good sound when I hear it.

First, this is a nice looking, lightweight headset that has the right ideal with borrowing the Arctis lineup with the suspension headband, but the front rgb kills this for one big con... You cannot turn the RGB off on console and thats a huge negative to me, even though I play primarily on pc, I do want flexibility as I am playing a lot of Genshin Impact on PS4. I will stick to my Arctis 7 for this.

The comfort is good, but the odd shaped earcups have the same problem the older arctis did, my right earlobe touched the inner driver wall and these clamp a little harder then the earmuffs push, so the fit is a hit or miss, for me its a slight miss, but is bearable.

Next is the sound, these 40mm drivers are very weak, I spent maybe 4 hours tuning and using a V curve worked decent but the DTS is horrible, seriously, its bad. The bass is natural and these are tuned for gaming only and fps is where these are good, but there are better options for that, so that leaves these as a niche option. Dont even think about music, these are not good for music at all. Also I bought these, I did not get these for free, whereas I see most people here did get them for free, skip every one of those reviews.

Finally, the deal breaker. The volume is very low, I mean to the point to where either these are just tuned way down to save battery for that rgb or my pair is defective. I tested these and all my wireless headsets get much louder. Arctis 7, Arctis 1, g933, astro a20, A50s, even the old g930s. I dont understand where Logitech missed with these, these have the looks, the comfort, and the battery life, with all the audio tuned down and volume levels decreased. Either these drivers are really bad, or my pair is defective, either way these are being returned. Do yourself a favor, any of the headsets I mentioned above are much better. The battery life is worthless if rgb sucks 10 hours off of it on console and its pc only to turn this off. The niche use is only fps and streamer because the rgb serves no purpose. Logitech take notice here, you got most of it right but the price point is very high for the audio quality, its bad, and the volume is to low. Place an update to firmware to allow rgb to be turned off period, so console users dont have to deal with that. Arctis One has these beat hands down. I know this wont be a popular review, but it has to be said.

Edit: 10/23/2020 I can confirm that these are de-tuned, using a pre-amp on pc I boosted the db to 1.5 and the volume level is up 20% more than stock settings and of course this will drain the battery faster. For the price, these are a big negative from me. You will need to keep these at 80 to 100% on ps4 otherwise you will not hear detail. Logitech, if you are seeing these, its time to up that pre-amp in your software because your drivers are capable.

TLDR: Niche headset saved for streamers with useless DTS, poor volume, and no way to turn off RGB on PS4. These are hit or miss on comfort, either these feel great for small ears or medium ears these are almost on-ear. Volume level is a deal-breaker and I should not have to pre-amp and bypass software to turn these up higher. Sorry, this might be the last Logitech headset I ever purchase, going for the HyperX Could II wireless.
Also skip over every one of these Vine reviews, these people do no know audio. I have no ideal why Vine reviews are even counted.

*Skip down to pros and cons if you dont want to read my rant on cute gaming accessories*

Tl;Dr, its cute and decent. I wish it were a little cheaper since its not as nice as my Steel brand ones, but I am desperate for a cute headset. They are NOT sound cancelling, but thats okay for me because my household is quiet, but I want to hear if my husband calls for me.

I wont lie, I got this mostly because its cute with a wireless dongle. It goes with my cute color scheme. Theres not many options for cute colors in wireless headsets that are also gaming quality. Its a damn shame, too. GIVES US CUTE HIGH QUALITY HEAD-SETS, COMPANIES!!! I tried Razers wireless BLUETOOTH Pink Kitty headset because all the PC gamers I follow had a pair. Unfortunately, its trash. Both mine and my sisters RAZER headsets had terrible sound quality both mic and sound wise. We returned them. DO NOT fall for all these Twitch streamers advertising Razer; they got theirs free, and they use separate mics.

Pros: ITS CUTE OKAY. Lightweight, comfortable for my small ears, and has decent sound quality. Someone complained these were too quiet, thats not true for mine. I play Overwatch, Phasmophobia and Dead by Daylight mostly, and its been great for those games. My friends say the mic sound is the same good quality as my pricier STEEL brand mic.

Cons: The complaints about the LEDs reflecting off glasses IS ACCURATE. Poor LED placement. These are NOT sound cancelling. The square shape is something you have to get used to.

Overall, I am happy to have found a gaming headset thats also cute and fits with my PC setup. A lot of what you see in my setup was hand-painted accept for the Razer mouse and keyboard.

2.0 out of 5 stars The Climax That Faded Into Nothing

They could have used 50mm drivers. They came so close, but ended up so far away from having a magnificent product. I have regular sized ears and these touch the inner foam of the ear pads covering the speakers. They get really warm after about 10-15 minutes due to the constant contact on your ears. They’re really light, that’s a bonus but not worth their weight in gold. When it comes to sound I wasn’t impressed. Even after spending an hour testing music and fooling around with the tuning, I couldn’t help but wonder how there was this slightly distorted feeling when listening to anything between 80-100% volume. After spending a while, I found the surround sound/gaming/traditional offered the widest sound stage and most pleasant sound to the ears. Make the sound EQ curve starting with Bass at -6 -4 -2 0 2 4 6 8 6 and you’ll get the best possible sound, but it really wasn’t quite there. They needed those 50mm drivers and I think that’s where these fall short. The depth of the ear pads and drivers could have been a game changer. The RGB is wicked as well and you get one programmable button if you prefer it didn’t mute just the mic. Aka a discord button etc.

4.0 out of 5 stars Buenos audífonos pero...

4.0 out of 5 stars Overall great but has some issues

Reviewed in Canada on October 18, 2020

This is the most comfortable and good looking headset Ive ever tried, but I personally had some issues with it.

Pros:
-Very comfortable and good looking
-Good battery and a voice tells you the charge level when you unplug the charger. Very convenient.
-Long charging cable allows you to use it wired if necessary
-Works with Logitec software, which includes an equalizer.

Cons.
- Mic isnt great. It works, but compared to my HyperX Cloud Wireless it is noticeably worse.
- No Mic swivel. As its a wireless headset, I often make food and whatnot with it on, but I cant move the mic away from my face when I want to eat something.
- Mine had a very feint buzz in the right earpiece. This ultimately led to me returning it, but my friend bought the same headset and it didnt have this problem, so I may have been unlucky.
